  1. 1. This Plan is applicable only at Dagina
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. While enrolling for the plan, submission of PAN Card / Aadhaar Card and valid account details are mandatory. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
  4. 4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month. Payment mode for the plan can be in the following manner -UPI /Online* / Cash /cheque at the store
  5. 5. Purchase period shall be mentioned on payment receipt. It is important to submit all the payment receipts after the completion of the term of the plan. In the absence of the same, at the discretion of the Company, necessary documents shall be provided.
  6. 6. It shall be at the liberty of the customer to purchase Gold / Diamond ornament against the total amount paid, between 331st and 359th day from the date of enrolment at the rate prevailing on that date. The average calculated during the plan period will be applied to the time of the said purchase, if the customer purchases jewellery of additional weight or value than the same rate applicable on the day of purchase will be applicable to the said additional purchase.
  7. 7. In case the customer is unable to make the purchase between the 331st to 359th day from the date of plan enrolment, then the metal booked quantity against the plan will be converted to an amount as per the rate on the 360th day. The company will refund paid advance amount to the customer into the respective bank account provided by the customer, without any plan benefits.
  8. 8. In case, any of the payment cheque bounces for any instance the, Rs.250/- or the bank charges (whichever is higher) shall be deducted from the total amount accrued. Further, in case of repeated instances of cheque bounce the company shall terminate the plan without any notice and may return the accrued amount without providing any plan benefits. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days.
  9. 9. The jewellery cost at the time of purchase is inclusive of precious metal (Gold / Diamond / Silver) / precious stones / pearls +making charges +taxes as applicable.
  10. 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early.
  11. 11. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
  12. 12. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery. The customer shall pay all taxes as applicable which shall be charged over the purchase
  13. 13. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
  14. 14. Dagina reserves all the right to make any changes, amendments the in terms and conditions or a total cancellation or discontinuation of this plan without any prior intimation. Any dispute in relation to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune Court.
  15. 15. On enrolling under Dagina's Plan, one will be deemed to have read, understood & accepted the above. The terms of the Plan shall not be violated under any circumstances.
  16. 16. Processing charges apply to all payments except UPI.
